Message from the President...
Hello Waldorf Wildcats Youth Football and Cheerleading organization parents. Before I begin, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting the Wildcats during the 2008 season. Your continued support has been instrumental in growth of the oldest youth football organization in Charles County.

In January 2009, Mr. Carl Blumenstein decided that after 10 years of committed service it was time to begin the next phase of his life. Carl has been the glue that held the organization together for many years. Along with his family, Carl has gone above and beyond the duties of President to make sure the organization continued to operate. This included committing his time, finances, and other resources to ensure the Wildcats excelled. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carl and his family for their years of service with the Waldorf Wildcats.

The official By-laws of the Waldorf Wildcats state that if the President leaves office, the Vice President shall move to President. At that point the new President shall appoint an interim successor to serve until the next scheduled election. Because of the stated resignation, the Executive Board approved my (Leonard Randolph) appointment to the position of President. With the support of the Executive Board of the Wildcats I appointed Billy Absher to the Vice President position until the next scheduled election. We are working countless hours to ensure that the Wildcats organization is one of high ethical and moral standard.

I am proud to announce that with a lot of hard work and dedication from our Board members, we are working on some exciting things for the 2009 season. I truly believe that the Waldorf community will be extremely proud of the work that will be done this year. We are not only striving for success on the football field. We are committed to doing our part as leaders in developing mature young men and women of the future. We not only teach our kids the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, but our leaders are committed to stressing the importance of education and community service.

With such lofty goals, it will be very important that we have the support of the Wildcats parents. Whatever talent you can provide to our organization, we will appreciate. We are always accepting applications for volunteers, so please get involved with the future of our children.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.

Leonard Randolph
